We do not guarantee the availability of any particular deal or promotion and are not responsible for any discrepancies between the information provided in alerts and the actual terms of the deal on Rakuten's platform.

7. Payment Terms

A. Fees

Our tracking and alert service is currently provided FREE of charge for one alert. We have two simple monthly subscription plans: $3.99/month for up to 5 alerts and $9.99/month for unlimited alerts, as well as our exclusive Top 20 Deals which are updated daily.

B. Payment Processing

In the event that our website introduces fees for additional services, users will be required to provide valid payment information to access these features. By providing payment information, users authorize us to charge the applicable fees using the provided payment method.

C. Refunds

Unless otherwise stated, all fees are non-refundable. Users are responsible for canceling any subscription services before the renewal date to avoid additional charges. If you cancel before your renewal date, you will not be refunded for the remaining days in the billing cycle and will lose all of your current alerts. Refunds may be issued at our discretion in exceptional circumstances, subject to review on a case-by-case basis.

D. Payment Security

We take the security of payment information seriously and utilize industry-standard encryption methods to protect sensitive data. However, users acknowledge that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of payment information.

E. Billing Disputes

If you believe that you have been incorrectly charged for our services, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue. We will investigate any billing disputes promptly and provide a resolution in accordance with these terms and conditions.

F. Taxes
