Please note that these results are only applicable for desktop users and may not reflect mobile or in-store offers. Mobile and in-store offers may differ from desktop offers.

The advertised percentage represents the maximum cash back you can earn, but there are exceptions and conditions outlined in the fine print. Factors such as specific retailers, product categories, or promotional periods may affect the actual cash back amount. It's essential to review the terms and conditions for each offer to understand any limitations or variations in the cash back rewards. By staying informed about these details, you can maximize your earning potential and make the most of your Rakuten and TrackRak experiences.
In addition, sometimes specific members will see different cash back amounts based on their previous shopping history and their activity within the Rakuten shopping program. The data we use is considered Raukten's "standard" cash back amount, and while we strive for the most accurate information, discrepancies may occur from time to time.
Rakuten offers two types of rewards:
- Cash Back: You earn a fixed amount of money back on your purchase.
- Percentage Back: You earn a percentage of your purchase amount as a reward.
If you set an alert on TrackRak for Cash Back, but the retailer offers Percentage Back, you will not get any alerts. If you set an alert on TrackRak for Percentage Back, but the retailer offers Cash Back, you will not get any alerts. It is recommended that you check the current type of reward on the retailer's website to see if they typically offer Cash Back or Percentage Back and use that when setting up your alerts.
Frequency: Alerts are currently sent out 2x/day, if parameters are met. If our system detects cash back on Rakuten's platform that matches your preferences, you will receive an email/text to let you know that it's time to starting shopping and saving!
Parameters: Here’s a explanation of our alert sending parameters:
- Threshold Alert: You’ll receive an alert when the Rakuten cash back matches/exceeds your threshold.
- Increase Alert: If the Rakuten cash back increases from the last amount you were alerted about, you’ll get another alert.
- No Decrease Alert: You will not receive an alert if the cash back decreases. However, if it increases again and is still at or above your threshold, you’ll get another alert.
We aim to notify you at the most important times, but we also want to avoid overwhelming you with too many alerts.
If you're not receiving your alerts, after you have ensured that all parameters have been met, they might be going to your spam or junk folder. Check there first and mark our emails as "Not Spam" to ensure future messages reach your Inbox. If you still don’t receive alerts after checking your spam folder, please contact us for assistance.
Yes, you can manage your alert preferences and unsubscribe from alerts at any time through the My Account or Plans page on our website. As soon as you unsubscribe, you will lose all alerts that you previously set up. Keep in mind that you will still be charged for the full month, but your monthly plan will not renew once you unsubscribe.
